(truthfully? there’s a lot more than three!)
Today I’m writing at Babble about what I don’t/won’t do for my kids. Call it lazy, call it being true to myself, call it wisely instilling creativity and responsibility into my kids…I don’t know. But here are some things I just haven’t managed to do with or for my kids.
Crafts. Glitter and googley eyes? For real? No thanks.
Prepare school snacks. Nope.
Fold clothes. They’re on their own.

(p.s. Sometimes I feel a bit scatter-brained in my writing. Djiboutian restauranteurs to not crafting with my kids? I think its fun that way. One day I can work on an intense essay and the next, a list of goofiness.)
